3000 grafts/FUE - My overall experience with this clinic has been great! Gary provided me with all the information I needed when I started looking into getting a hair transplant. On the day of the surgery, the physicians took really good care of me and explained everything in great detail, which helped put me at ease. Post-op assistance has been excellent as well. They genuinely care for their patients and it shows.

My experience with Hair Transplant Medical Centre has been amazing so far.  From the moment I spoke with Gary, I felt comfortable and I felt like I was being given very honest and straightforward information about what to expect during the whole process.  I spoke with several other clinics and I found that crucial information was left out.  Gary did not sugar coat any of it.  As a result, I was able to go into the process knowing that it would be a lengthy one.  I knew not to expect immediate results, but that it would be well worth the wait.  I am 9 weeks post op as I write this.
The surgery itself was a great experience. Everyone ensured that I was comfortable, physically and mentally, the whole time.  Beth is an angel and so are the rest of the staff.  This was my first experience with "surgery" but being able to listen to relaxing music and watch Netflix made the day pass quickly.
As a woman who was already very self conscious with my hair, it felt like a tough pill to swallow knowing that I would have significantly less hair for a while, until my donor area and recipient area filled in. In all honesty, it has been a lot easier to manage and I have zero regrets.  I know that a few months from now, the results will be much more visible, and after the year mark I expect to be thrilled with my decision to undergo this procedure.

Gary and staff were and have been super accommodating and sweet. A few years back, I was suffering from crazy hair loss (as many people in Canada are), and turned my way to Gary's Clinic (Hair Transplant Medical Centre) - not only was my FUE procedure super fluid, the results after one year were also top notch. The pricing is extremely reasonable as compared to other clinics out here, so I would highly recommend giving it a shot, and if you're still not sure - please reach out to Gary and team, and they would answer ANY and EVERY question that you'd have. One of the best staff personnel i’ve ever witnessed at a medical facility. I am undergoing through PRP treatment at the clinic. I’ve had the pleasure to interact Dr.Mark, Jing, and Beth, all of whom were very professional and caring at the same time. I had come to the clinic after 6 hours of drive with my mom, They asked us to rest a little while before the treatment, and even offered us lunch before proceeding. They even took time to follow up with us the next day if we’ve reached home safely. Throughout the treatment, they were very careful about everything.
I was very nervous while i was shortlisting the clinics for my treatment, but now i think i have made the right choice witnessing the knowledge and care of the staff members at Hair Transplant Medical Centre.
Keep it up with the great service guys!
