I would like to take a moment and share the wonderful experience I had at the Hair Transplant Medical Clinic.
Initially I set up the appointment over a year ago but various circumstances led me to postpone a number of times until finally going in for my procedure on August 27, 2024. Dr Feld was extremely accommodating in meeting my schedule. I received all the necessary literature, and pre op instructions weeks ahead of time to prepare. This also allowed me to do some research. When I arrived at 7:30am, Dr Feld and the staff were waiting with a smile. Everyone was terrific. Together we went over the details of what would happen and the day went exactly as Dr Feld described. Post op visits were great.

I had an amazing clinic experience here especially with nurse Glenn who was very attentive and super gentle with PRP injections. I saw results super quickly and was actively followed up with by the team. I also learned so much and got a lot to help with my hair growth as a curtesy. Fantastic service and excellent patient care by the entire team especially Gary, Beth, Glen and Jiji and not to forget the Dr. Feld who really takes very special care of the patient, he was very good in explaining the pre op and post up procedure and followed up the next day to under how I was doing.

I recently had a hair transplant/FUE procedure done at Hair Transplant Medical Centre. My initial consult with Beth was very informative and reassuring. She answered all my questions and explained in detail about the process and post operation care and expectations. From the day of my consultation to surgery date, I received detailed emails and instructions along with a pre-op phone call with the doctor. Everyone at the office is very well knowledgeable and kind.
The team handled the operation very smoothly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Their communication was impeccable and made me feel at ease. During the procedure, they would vocalize each step and I never once felt any doubts. They made sure I was always comfortable and also made sure my partner felt so as well as she waited outside.
